Part-Time Care Manager - Comfort Care Home

Gateway House of Peace is seeking a compassionate, experienced leader to serve as our Part-Time Care Manager in Ballston Spa, New York.

Gateway House of Peace is a two-bed comfort care home that provides a safe, peaceful, and caring residence for terminally ill individuals during their final days. We offer care at no cost to residents or their families.

Position Overview

Part Time Care Manager for Comfort Care Home: Looking for meaningful work? We are seeking a compassionate leader for supervision of caregiver staff and end-of-life care coordination. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; staff supervision; stakeholder partnerships; proficiency in Google suite; flexible schedule; occasional brief local travel; dedicated to ensuring a peaceful and dignified environment in a two-resident comfort care home for terminally ill people in their final days. 25-30 hours/week. Background check required. Experience with caregiving and supervision preferred though not required.

Care Manager Requirements:

· 2+ years managing staff

· 1+ year Patient Hands on Care experience

· LPN’s, RN’s encouraged to apply

· PT hours, flexible depending on experience/availability.

· Salary: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour

· Excellent organizational skills

· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to travel locally

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ballston Spa, NY 12020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
