Envisioning hope

Imagine a place with the comforts of home that offers the support of caring volunteers and staff. A place where families can gather in the sunroom, screened gazebo or around the dinner table.

When our vision is realized, Gateway House will provide a two bedroom facility for residents who have been determined by their health care provider to have three months or less to live.

This attractive residence, in Greenfield NY, will offer ample space for families to gather, with a large family kitchen, dining room and a living room with a fireplace.

Bedrooms will be designed with privacy and accessibility in mind, and each will include a large bathroom, entertainment center, sleeper couches and comfortable chairs, as well as wide windows and a private porch overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds.

The creation of an environment that offers individuals and their families the opportunity to receive what they want from their last days of life. But first we must come together to make it happen.
